All orders through this site are processed using Paypal : simple, safe and fast! As soon as we receive your payment, we'll prepare and send your package within 6 working days. You'll receive an email when it's shipped!

Weight of items

Digipak : 85g ; CD Boitier cristal : 110g ; Carte postale : 10g ; T-shirt : 170g-220g.

Shipping transit times

From date of shipping, count:

-1 to 3 working days for shipping in France
-3 to 10 working days for shipping in Europe (depending on your country)
-5 to 12 working days for shipping outside Europe (depending on your country)

Digital delivery

For digital stuff (such as mp3/flac files of albums), delivery is automatic and processed through the website. As soon as your payment is accepted, you'll receive an email with the link to download your files. If you don't receive this email, login to the site and go to "My account" >"Order History and details" and click on  in front of your order.

5 downloads are authorized for your item. If you lose the files and your download quota is over, or for any question about this subject, contact us here : order(at)adarca(dot).com.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, send an email as soon as possible to order(AT)adarca(D.OT)com, and we will send you a refund immediately, provided your order has not already been shipped.

If we have already shipped your order we cannot provide a refund until you have returned the merchandise to us. This must be done at your expense, and your refund will not include your original shipping charges.

If you need to exchange or return a shirt, it must be in new, unworn condition.
